- First, administrators should note that the manual was not specific as who who can administer the test. This means that there is no training required.
- Administer the test directly to the parents
- Let whoever fills out the questionnaire know that the time frame of the questions change half way through the test
- The first 20 questions are in relation to the child's past three months of behavior
- The final 20 questions are in relation to the child during their fourth and fifth birthday
- Trigger the parents memory about the time their child was four or five. Ask questions similar to "What special events happened while your child was 4 or 5?" "Where were you living during the time your child was 4 or 5?"
